Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, providing technical guidance and support
* Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX/UI, Backend) to define and implement new features
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
* Conduct code reviews and continuously improve development processes and standards
* Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems and applications
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in frontend development
Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development required Extensive experience with react & Node.js required Minimum 1 year of team leadership or tech lead experience required
* Experience working in agile, sprint-based teams required
* Familiarity with Microfrontend architecture – advantage
