We're hiring a Senior Content Designer to join us and help us drive our mission of impacting people's lives and helping them manage their heart health. As a Senior Content Designer in the Growth & experience domain, youll help shape the future of our app cross-experiences focusing on our users and their heart health journey.
Youll create clear, concise, and compelling product content using a broad range of content design skills.
Content Designers help design and shape the entire user journey by championing the voice and setting the right tone. Our content experts work with a variety of stakeholders across the organization including PMs, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal. To tell consistent stories and create a great experience for our customers.
As a Senior Content Designer, Youll:
Write spot-on content for every experience, choosing the right tone, structure, and voice.
Collaborate on journey mapping, persona, and flow development and develop end-to-end experiences for multiple user needs
Define our content strategy with emphasis on content types and processes
Partner on vision work in collaboration with design, research, engineering, and product
Create and refine information architectures to increase clarity and cohesion
Work alongside Product Design to write and review UX experiences for our users with a great understanding of how to drive engagement in the app
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing, and Support to create compelling messages for our users through their enrollment and onboarding process
Be a driver of our evolving Tone and Voice documentation and implementation
Have GenAI content strategy and design experience, demonstrated across a range of AI solutions.
Collaborate with your cross-functional team, and thrive in a focused, iterative design environment.
Value the balance of words to visual elements, content density, and highlighting user benefit.
Show us how youve solved problems while also driving engagement and conversion.
Be able to write from scratch, edit existing copy, and think beyond the written experience
Utilize industry best practices and align with our mission to inspire ideas and content
Have a deep understanding of UX & Consumer Marketing content principles
Be experienced with UX research, interview users, surveys, and in general data-driven decision-making.
Tech-savvy, independent, organized, fast-mover, problem solver with no ego. Willing to always roll up your sleeves to help and get things done
Requirements: UX writing skills: 3-6 years experience as a content designer or UX writer, working on consumer software products.
Tools: Figma, FigJam, Asana, Google Suite, Ditto, and similar.
Collaboration: Experience working closely with product designers, user research, engineering, analytics, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Impact: Proven experience in creating impactful content as well as being able to define content KPIs
Initiative: Ability to manage own projects; work within tight time deadlines; and be comfortable receiving, responding to, and incorporating feedback.
Bachelors degree or commensurate experience
Native English speaker - MUST

Experience with writing using AI tools.
Experience in the digital health industry.
