The UX/UI Designer leads the design strategy and execution, ensuring that all products provide a seamless and engaging user experience.
They bridge the gap between user needs and business goals, creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that enhance user satisfaction.
The ideal UX/UI Designer possesses a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of user behavior.
They are collaborative team players who inspire and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

They are passionate about creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces that drive engagement and usability.
Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate the companys design vision, strategy, and principles.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for data-intensive applications.
Work with and maintain our Design System, guidelines, and standards to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across the product.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation, improve design processes, and achieve excellence.
Foster a culture of user-centered design and continuous improvement.
Advocate for the end user and ensure a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
Evaluate and mitigate design-related risks, including usability issues and technical constraints.
Monitor key design metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
Requirements: 2+ years experience.
Great User Interface design skills.
An attention to details & pixel perfect.
Proficiency in Figma, illustrator, Photoshop.
An understanding of product and design methodologies.
Comfortable working with both print and digital.
An ability to create compelling presentations a plus.
Extraordinary creativity.
Open to working independently and as an active member of a team.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Experience in designing web products and platforms.
Curiosity and willingness to self-learn a must.
Strong portfolio of design projects.
Excellent communication skills.
