we are looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our team in Tel Aviv! As a Product Designer , you'll be responsible for what you design from start to finish: brainstorming solutions, iterating on visuals and interactions. you will work with the product team to design products and services. You will have an active role in researching, prototyping and designing core products. Elevate the product visually and functionally.

What will you actually be doing?
Work with Product Managers to define, design and deliver amazing products.
Design interactions for new features, applying existing design patterns and creating new ones, across our platforms.
Create user journeys and product flows.
Define users needs, motivation and pain points.
Create Wireframes, from rough sketches to rich prototypes.
Conduct a full design cycle from collecting inspiration through creating a pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios and deliver to development.
Be part of a dynamic workplace where youll collaborate with various product and engineering teams, locally and overseas.
Working closely with global teams and stakeholders at SAP.
Put yourself in the mindset of users leveraging user research to better understand core and target users.
Conduct usability tests to help inform design improvements.
Stay up to date with industry trends to keep ahead of competitors.

As a Senior UX Designer , you will own the UX of complex, data-driven product areas end-to-end. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to turn business and technical complexity into clear, scalable, and intuitive user experiences for B2B marketers.

This role requires a strong product mindset, comfort with complex systems, and the ability to influence product direction through UX.



Responsibilities:

* Lead UX for end-to-end product initiatives, from discovery through detailed design and delivery

* Conduct and synthesize user research to inform product decisions

* Translate complex requirements into clear user flows and information architecture

* Design scalable solutions aligned with design system and long-term product vision

* Clearly communicate design rationale to stakeholders

* Plan and manage UX work across multiple initiatives, balancing quality, timelines, scope, and technical constraints

Own the quality and user journey, addressing technological constraints while tailoring design solutions.
