We are looking for a Head of Global Services.
In this role you will:
Drive revenue growth year over year by selling SLA to worldwide company customers with full cooperation with the regional sales accounts managers.
Monitoring SAL Performance for compliance with organizational needs and requirements. Facilitate communication between the BU and customers to define and maintain SLA
Exciting the regional team and the customers!
Build strong relationships and negotiate deals with C-level decision-makers.
Tracking the records of targets, with a deep understanding of the industry and competitive landscape, and a passion for driving business success.
Develop and update the company SLA agreements and packages for achieving the companys goals
Preparing the base for the marketing material including service description documentation
Funnel, booking, revenue and profit management
Accountable for ensuring that all service level agreements (SLAs) are delivered according to specifications/guidelines.
The Service Level Manager will have overall responsibility and accountability
You will also be managing internal and external Relationships
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Electronic, Communication
Good English with highest communication skills and experience with interfacing customers
Experience of 5+ years on as a sales manager
Experience of 2+ years as a process Owner.
Initiate opportunities for services (existing customers and new customers)
Based on customer needs, present and push our SLA programs
Identifies challenges on the SLA sales and proposing alternative solution
Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
Ability to make complex information accessible
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
Able to organize people and activities to maximize process efficiency and effectiveness and define metrics to measure process outcomes.
Excellent communication, teaching, and negotiation skills
understanding of telecommunication technologies and business considerations
