We are looking for a talented part time Bookkeeper to join our growing financial team and become part of our amazing journey.
Responsibilities:
Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Monthly closing of a medium size company and end of month accounts reconciliations for books closing, i.e. suppliers, customers etc.
Prepare Banks and Credit Card statement reconciliations
Credit Cards monitoring and booking
Monthly reporting to tax authorities
Issuing payments checks and automated wires
Travel reports posting and reviewing
Prepare for annual audit
Assist the finance manager with Payroll Administration tasks
Occasional assistance to Admin Department
Process all Quotes/ Orders
Ensure that contracts and all documentation are being met per finance and Legal requirements
Process internal billing and coordinating with the Companys Success team to ensure accuracy of information
Requirements: Certified bookkeeper (Minimum level 2. Type 3 is an advantage)
2 years bookkeeping experience with in a Hi-Tech or multi-national company - advantage
High-level English (both spoken and written)
Experience working on Priority system- advantage
Strong Excel skills
Excellent communication, highly organized and reliable with great attention to detail
Team player and service-oriented
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to learn quickly and keep up in a dynamic environment
Experience in payroll preparation - an advantage
Working hours 9-14
