- Assist the Group Ethics & Compliance Manager in managing ethics, compliance effectiveness, and risk management activities
- Manage key compliance programs, including Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Anti-Fraud & Embezzlement, and Trade Sanctions
- Provide day-to-day compliance support to the business on regulatory and policy matters
- Identify, assess, monitor, and track compliance risks, issues, and regulatory changes
- Support compliance training, policies, procedures, and cross-functional collaboration
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, or Law
- 2-4 years (max) of experience as a Compliance Associate
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Understanding of compliance governance policies and frameworks
- High level of professional English proficiency
- Proactive, a team player and data -driven
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Practical knowledge and experience with IT tool (e.g., Power BI, AI tools, Python ) - an advantage
