Job description
Handle administrative tasks in the legal department in connection with the company's customers abroad: collecting, and organizing data ; and uploading it into computer system.
Maintaining proactive contact while monitoring and follow up to meet organizational needs.
Identifying red flags and raising them to the relevant functions within the organization.
The position is located in our offices in Yavne.
Option for part time employment (70% min.)- suitable for parents / students.
Requirements: Prior experience in a legal environment- an advantage
Proven experience of 2-3 years in a position that requires similar knowledge and skills, Bachelors degree - an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (in particular Excel) a must!
Additional compute skills an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
English at a high level - a must!
Good/High level of Spanish??- an advantage
Great multi-tasking and time-management skills
Detail-oriented and organized
