Provide excellent differentiated service to customers, ensuring customer success via our digital channels.
Manage service operation activities in both digital and call center aspects
Manage Service KPIs for all service partners -setting targets, monitoring performance evaluation.
Manage service marketing activities- creating plan, execution reporting, based on Customer service support.
Resolving quality / customer problems; identifying trends recommending Improvements based on trends and weak points.
Analyzing service and customer service data
Assist in the development preparation of after sales strategy
Develop technical skills and knowledge for call center and service team members

Installing and configuring computer and server hardware, software, systems, networks and printers
Monitoring and maintaining servers/computer systems and networks as per Company Security Guidelines
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing Technical Support (in person/ phone).
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Performing weekly Server Health Checkups
Communicating on a frequent basis with Service Providers in Israel and Overseas.
