As an Associate Software Engineer, you will be responsible for researching and implementing Large Language Model (LLM) technologies to help strengthen and scale our conversational AI capabilities. In this role, you will:
Dive deep into Large Language Model (LLM) technologies, actively researching and experimenting with new solutions to drive innovation in hiring practices.
Implement practical applications of LLM research findings into end-user-facing applications, creating scalable and impactful tools that directly impact clients.
Adopt lean methodologies to swiftly meet business objectives, swiftly iterating based on client feedback and being unafraid to take risks and learn from failures.
Deeply understand product challenges to make intelligent and efficient software-building decisions.
Collaborate closely with our global R&D, Product, and Design teams located in the US and Vietnam. This role includes the exciting opportunity for international travel once or twice a year, fostering cross-cultural cooperation and growth.
Requirements: Required Qualifications:
2+ years of professional experience in backend-oriented software development.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent years of experience.
Demonstrated experience in Python or related back-end technologies.
Deep interest and foundational knowledge in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering.
A passion for learning, constantly staying up to date with innovative technologies.
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
Willingness and ability to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment using cutting-edge innovative technologies.
Ability to work from our Tel Aviv office.
Authorization to work in Israel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a cloud-based environment: AWS, RESTful API, Nginx, Docker, CI - Jenkins, SQL/Postgres, Kubernetes.
