Job Description:
As a Senior Wi-Fi MAC expert, you will be a member of the Tel-Aviv Research Center (TRC) Wi-Fi Group, responsible for:
Working as part of a global standardization team, participating in standard meetings and contributing to the development of next generation Wi-Fi standards
Developing and simulating innovative Wi-Fi MAC features, protocols and algorithms in ns-3, focused on optimizing Wi-Fi KPIs such as throughput & latency under various use cases, and carrying out simulation data analysis
Collaborating with internal research teams, initiating and leading innovative technical solutions & contributing to the development of novel Wi-Fi MAC features, algorithms and intellectual property
Collaborating with international product development teams in order to bring new features and algorithms into the end product & analyzing trade-offs between KPI benefits vs. design and architecture impact and complexity.

As our Linux upstream maintainer, you would be responsible for integrating, developing and delivering updates of Huawei's network driver to worldwide consumers.
What you'll be doing:
Lead, form and maintain the upstream development process of Huawei's network drivers in Linux kernel
Utilize a strong understand of git workflows, submit, review, and apply kernel patches, working with both internal and external upstream maintainers
Collaborate regularly and proactively with a globally distributed team
Diagnose and resolve issues in the kernel reported by customers and the community
Contribute to the improvement of tooling and automation for the delivery of kernel updates in Linux upstream

The CPU Micro architect will take charge in defining a processor Micro architecture features that will improve the performance and reduce the power consumption of the CPU core. This architect will use a performance simulator to explore his ideas and will analyze implementability of these features: Power, Timing, Area. This architect will utilize his processor and VLSI design experience to develop many advanced features for Huawei processors.

Required Senior VLSI Architect
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be a part of an AI HW research team responsible for defining the future AI HW of the company.
In your work, you will be in charge of implementing the hardware architecture using standard RTL languages or High-level design languages like SystemC.
You will also have end-to-end responsibility for all design flow
aspects including synthesis, power evaluation, and area measurements. The role requires a broad system-level involvement and in this role, you are expected to be part of the architecture optimization process and contribute to implementation-related aspects to improve the power, area, and efficiency of the end product.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work on cutting edge accelerator architectures research
Implement HW designs in system-c and synthesize to RTL and gate level design
Evaluate and optimize power, performance and area tradeoffs

The CPU core Architect representative will be a member of the processor core architecture team. He will be responsible of the technical communication between the team in Israel and the team in China. He will be presenting and explaining Microarchitecture features developed by architects in Israel, collecting requirements, answering question. He will be responsible to hold deign reviews with the team in China. He will also be proposing new Micro architecture features based on his own ideas. take charge in defining a processor core that meets the requirement of high performance, high bandwidth, and scalable processing architecture. This architect will utilize his processor experience to deliver a world-class processor ASIC with many advanced features for Huawei products. The CPU core architect representative would be relocating to China for an extended period after getting familiar with the team in Israel.
