Summary / Role Purpose:
Join the Customer Excellence team and partner with our customers to engineer what's ahead, solve their real-world engineering problems, deploy our software in their design workflows, and grow our business. As a hands-on expert in our products, you will use advanced-level engineering knowledge to provide technical pre-sales support, perform professional services, and help translate customer requirements into exciting new product features. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with customers and take ownership of their problems, proactively engage with selected accounts to provide comprehensive FEA solutions. Contribute to all technical activities throughout the sales opportunity lifecycle, interact with customers to understand their product design needs and engineering design workflows and articulate our value proposition.
Apply engineering expertise and knowledge of Structural FEA simulation techniques to provide exceptional technical support to customers, ensuring high-quality, timely customer service that results in improved customer satisfaction and productivity.
Provide introductory and/or intermediate training classes and contribute to the delivery of professional services for projects which may include collaborative work with other application engineers in the same or different disciplines.
Gather customer requirements to support the improvement of our software and collaborate with the company product development teams to translate these requirements into new product capabilities. Test new releases on industrial problems.
Participates in internal corporate initiatives to share knowledge and to create best practices, both within and outside the discipline.

Imagry is looking for a Jr. Application Engineer with tons of motivation to join our office in Haifa, Israel. You will be responsible for the entire car and bus software / hardware testing pipeline, issues reporting, and team communication. Most of your workday will be spent in the autonomous car or bus and involves some physical work. This is not an office position!!!
