Your focus and time will be on:
Lead a team of strong product managers
Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy
Working hands-on with product managers, UX designers, engineering managers as part of a cross-functional product team
Continuously analyze customer needs, industry trends and competitive information
Communicating the product roadmap, both inside and with customers and prospect
Engaging with customers, prospects, and users to get their feedback, discuss their challenges and gain a full understanding of their needs
Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Professional services, Customer Success, Support) to understand their needs and refine roadmap
Initiate and work with technology partners to foster better-together solutions.

Lead several teams of strong product managers focused on Cloud Data Security and the DSPM market, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Define the product roadmap and strategy, guiding the team towards innovative solutions.
Manage all lifecycle stages for an innovative SaaS B2B product
Working hands-on with product managers, UX designers, and engineering managers as part of a cross-functional product team
Continuously analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitive information

Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Strategy: Define the strategic direction of the product, aligning it with the overall vision and objectives of us and the Email and SMS group.
End-to-End Product Ownership: Define the product roadmap from ideation to development and launch, ensuring that product development and execution align with business goals and customer needs.
Prioritization and Milestones: Continuously assess business needs, establish priorities, define milestones and deliverables, and proactively identify opportunities and risks.
Team Leadership: Lead, hire, and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of top-notch product methodologies, creativity and excellence.
Customers-focus and Data-driven decision-making: Utilize customer usage data, interviews, market research, UX insights, and adoption metrics to identify, design, experiment, and iterate on product decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with technical and business teams, as well as other product leaders within, to ensure seamless product delivery and integration within the broader Platform.

* Strategic oversight and operational management, responsible for aligning departmental goals with organizational strategy and ensuring that day-to-day operations support the company's broader objectives.
* Develop and implement internal procedures to streamline responsibilities within the department
*Oversee staff members in all department-related responsibilities including project development and management, event production, donor research, site visits, the creation and publication of donor materials, foundation tracking, donation tracking, budgeting and data entry.

Description:
In this role you will -
Lead all relevant platform aspects - strategy, roadmap, design, A/B testing, and QA

Responsibilities::
Roles And Responsibilities
* Manage a team of product managers while owning one on the companys key product domains
* Define and own the Product Strategy, roadmap, objectives, use cases, themes and epics
* Provide business justification for product features and develop use cases to convey the why and how of new product capabilities
* Track the product usage and business performance to drive product decisions
* Partner with product and R&D teams and handle multiple product agendas concurrently while driving for results in cross-group / team projects
* Work with marketing, product marketing, field teams and customer facing groups to bring new and significant capabilities to the market, and gather customer feedback for product use cases and new capabilities
* Work with sales, sales engineers, customer success, support and other field teams and provide product related support and sales enabelmant data in a timely manner to support business growth
* Drive the product market positioning and messaging through joint work with product marketing
