We're Hiring: Lead Designer in Marketing and UI / UX
Location: Herzeliya (Flexibility to work from home 1 day/week) Overview: Join us in steering the visual and User Experience revolution!
As the Lead Designer, you'll have the reins of our Marketing and UI / UX team, driving the aesthetic and functional excellence of all our marketing materials and product designs. You'll be at the heart of creating engaging campaigns, captivating ads, and user-friendly web pages that not only look great but convert.?? What You'll Do:
* Lead the charge: Direct our Marketing and UI / UX design team towards innovative and cohesive projects.
* Create with impact: Forge campaigns and designs that amplify our paid acquisition efforts.
* Collaborate and optimize: Work closely with acquisition teams to tune into and elevate KPIs.
* Simplify and enhance: Translate complex functionalities into easy, engaging user flows.
* Partner across teams: Ensure seamless integration of content and product strategies into design.

We have a multidisciplinary design studio made up of interaction designers, content designers, researchers, and a storytelling team. The all-up studio has people with different skills and backgrounds who are located in three different regions US, India, and Israel. Your product team will be located in our Herzliya and Tel Aviv sites in Israel. We supports hybrid work.

Responsibilities:
Use language as design material: Planning, crafting, and refining names and terms, messaging and content, UX flows, and in-product languagetesting, validating, and adapting for the next iteration.
Contribute to a coherent vision and experience strategy.
Align business, brand, naming, messaging, and design strategies using your expertise across the broad domain of customer communications inside or outside of us.
Work within design systems: People will seek you out for answers on our brand voice, content style standards, terminology, common UI and interaction patterns, feature naming, and more.
Support multiple product areas. This requires context switching and supreme time management skills, diplomatically juggling and prioritizing multiple design, product management, and engineering teams, all while streamlining processes and looking for efficiencies.
Able to work autonomously and know when to reach out for help. Use and build on existing our company, Cloud+AI, and Industry Cloud style guidance, and be able to define product-specific guidance where necessary.
Create processes, tools, frameworksbuild a content design practice. This is a new role, so you get to educate designers, engineers, and product managers about how to work with a content designer.
In addition to collaborating with UX research and conducting heuristic reviews, youll need to run content and terminology research using online tools and in-person conversations with customers.

You understand how to bring a team together to solve difficult product and customer problems, fixing what's not quite right and smoothing the customers journey through the product. Youll work in a focused team collaborating with fellow content designers, interaction designers, qualitative researchers, data scientists, PMs, developers, and your design lead. Bouncing ideas around, formulating plans, and delivering human-centered-design solutions to the hands of users. Charting a path forward is your jam as much as your solo design time.

Responsibilities

Ship designs to software engineering teams on time and at high quality
Create scenarios, flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, UI pattern libraries, interaction guidelines and other artifacts to evolve the user experience.
Work with fellow Designers, Researchers, Program Managers, and Developers to solve problems and enhance the overall user experience across our ecosystem.
Participate in brainstorming and work sessions, bringing your unique voice and advocating for the user.
Demonstrate design concepts and strategy through prototyping, presentations, and storytelling. Presenting complex design concepts to key stakeholders and business partners.
Build consensus around design direction and amplifying the value of thoughtful human-centered-design contributing to business values.
Give and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise our bar for quality, fit, and finish.

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with proven expertise in owning the design system from end to end.

The ideal candidate will own the entire UX & design process, from problem understanding to execution, with a focus on creating consistent designs for Product companies and nurturing a strong Product Design culture.

We are a team of Product Designers, UX Writers, UX Researchers and Learning Education experts creating user-centered design across all platforms.

What Youll Do:
Become the gatekeeper for our design system; improve and grow it.
Work with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs through Storybook.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product requirements, based on the overall product and UX vision with a focus on creating consistency in using our design system.
Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design solutions.
