seeks a talented and passionate UX Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on User Experience ( UX ), with the ability to create intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance our digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure our products are functional and delightful to use.
Key Responsibilities:
UX Design: Develop detailed UX designs and specifications for web and mobile applications. Ensure designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and meet user needs.
Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and validate design decisions. Analyze results and make necessary adjustments to improve User Experience.
* Information Architecture: Design and organize information structures to improve navigation and ease of use.
* Interaction Design: Create engaging and interactive experiences that enhance user satisfaction and product usability.
UI Design: While the focus is on UX, you will also be responsible for ensuring the visual design is attractive and aligns with our brand identity.
User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Utilize findings to inform design decisions.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively. Iterate designs based on feedback and testing.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective user experiences.

Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in UI / UX design, with a strong focus on User Experience.
Deep understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices.
A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions across a range of digital products.
Proficient in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable insights.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with Front-End development ( HTML, CSS, JavaScript ) is a plus.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
Knowledge of design systems and atomic design principles.
