Join our dynamic team as a QA Lead to drive excellence in our testing processes. As the QA Lead, you'll assume full ownership of the quality assurance in the company, develop automated test strategies, and collaborate across departments. Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the QA team, ensuring that team members are appropriately trained and skilled
Define and maintain quality standards and best practices for testing processes.
Review and analyze system specifications, collaborating with developers and product managers.
Develop and implement automated test strategies, frameworks, and scripts using automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar to enhance test efficiency and accuracy.
Prepare test cases and perform manual tests of the developed features.
Coordinate with other departments, such as Development, Product Management, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery.

Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for various products and features

Prioritize testing activities based on business and technical requirements

Ensure the system performs well under expected and peak loads

Conduct preliminary data explorations and analyses to identify patterns, anomalies, and key insights

As a QA Team Lead , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will lead a team of Manual and Automated QA engineers, guiding them in the development and implementation of testing strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance product quality and release velocity.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of QA Engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
Foster a collaborative and positive team culture focused on delivering exceptional QA results.
Quality Assurance Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and processes to ensure thorough testing of mobile and web applications.
Define testing standards, methodologies, and best practices to maintain high-quality standards across projects.
Manual and Automated Testing:
Oversee both manual and automated E2E testing efforts, ensuring adequate coverage of test cases and scenarios.
Work closely with automation engineers to develop and maintain automated test suites using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Test Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product management, etc.) to understand requirements and define test objectives and criteria.
Plan, prioritize, and execute test cases, regression testing, and exploratory testing as needed to validate application functionality and performance.
Defect Management:
Establish and maintain a robust defect management process, including defect tracking, reporting, and resolution.
Analyze and triage defects, working with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical issues in a timely manner.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team, identifying areas for enhancement in testing processes, tools, and techniques.
Implement quality metrics and KPIs to monitor and report on QA effectiveness and efficiency.

We are looking for a dedicated QA Manager to join us within the R&D department's Quality group.
You will lead and mentor a team of test engineers, and ensuring seamless communication, synchronization of efforts, and sharing of best practices across distributed teams.
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to design, develop, and implement a wide array of tests.
Oversee the defect management process, ensuring on time identification, tracking, and resolution of issues.
Oversee and give the final go/no-go for product releases, ensuring that the product meets the required quality.
Ensure comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, defect reports, and other relevant metrics for future reference.
You Will:
Lead and manage QA engineers across several global teams, working Agile.
Deep dive into feature requirements and designs, implement efficient quality methodologies to ensure QA standards.
Develop and execute test strategies and test plans with a focus on optimized coverage across work streams.
Conduct an analysis of feature requirements and specifications to ensure test coverage and identify potential areas of improvement.
Identify the risks and appropriate test coverage to validate new features as well as regression, and develop test plans and cases.
Develop, maintain, communicate, and present quality status, KPI and metrics.
Help with hands-on tasks according to team capacity and priorities.
Establish and enforce quality standards, methodologies, metrics, and best practices, ensuring adherence across all aspects of the QA process.
Lead daily meetings and scrum rituals within the team.
Lead the QA recruiting process, by identifying and onboarding the QA teams.
Promote a spirit of collaboration across teams and individuals.
