We are on the lookout for a Technical Account Manager with experience interacting with customers, knowledge of technology, and can empathize with the trials and tribulations of being a developer.
As the account manager, you are the bridge between the technology team and the user, walking the tightrope between customer satisfaction and developer ability.
The role requires someone who can walk gingerly between development, product, marketing, and leadership from some of our largest clients.
Youll serve as the product expert, guiding clients user experience and, ultimately, client satisfaction through their implementation of Dynamic Yield products.
Our Technical Account Manager must have a strong penchant for technical aptitude along with personality strengths in self-starting and being a proactive instigator.
A proven track record of creating and maintaining deep, lasting relationships with customers is a must as youll be dealing with understanding technical and complex issues while creating excitement and loyalty with Dynamic Yields customers.
The Task-at-Hand:
Become an expert in Dynamic Yield products - with a heavy focus on the technical aspect of the product
Interface with customers in final stages of contracting with sales to gather, collect, and document technical, product, and contract requirements regarding the customers purchase(s) of Dynamic Yield products
Provide world-class support by taking ownership for customer issues from initial contact to resolution including troubleshooting the issue, determining root cause and ensuring that the customer understands the resolution
Partner with the Engineering and Development teams to resolve customer issues
Write documentation, knowledge-based articles, and tutorials to improve the customer experience of Dynamic Yield features
Participate in the QA process of current and new products/services and work frequently with product and engineering teams to address opportunities and product enhancements
Contribute to the development of our implementation and support policies and procedures.
Requirements:
3+ years of technical client-facing experience with specific focus in digital marketing solutions (mobile, web analytics, optimization, email); combined with SaaS product environment
Familiarity with e-commerce specific terms and configuration is preferred
Comfortable with iOS and Android mobile platforms and their development tools
Able to read code and write code (especially JavaScript, HTML, CSS, - a must, Java - a plus)
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Business fluency in English
Excellent time management and strong organization skills
Ability to maintain poise under stress, especially when resolving
Demonstrable ability to take ownership and accountability, and act on client goals and objectives in a technical environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical customers
Must thrive at working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a team environment while working independently

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to onboard our customers and partners to use our solutions. This role is suitable for unique people who have both solid hands-on technical experience and great customer-facing skills.
In this role, you will be leading implementations and other technical projects, enabling our anti-fraud solutions for web and mobile applications. The majority of our customers are financial institutions like banks and credit unions - but not only. You'll be working with Executives, Project Managers, and Developers.
You'll be part of the Solutions division, which provides all operational and technical services to our customers worldwide. This requires a superb can-do attitude, solid project management skills, and a strong frontend/fullstack technical background to overcome integration challenges with our customers' web/mobile applications.
As part of the Solutions Engineering team, you'll be also contributing to our documentation, leading workshops, and helping to improve our processes and practices.
Requirements:
Technical Experience:
Integration Skills: Proven experience in integrating cloud solutions, especially in a web/mobile context. This could include experience with APIs, SDKs, and third-party integrations.
Frontend/Fullstack Development: Solid experience in frontend or fullstack development of web or mobile applications. Familiarity with popular programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, React Native, Cordova, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, Ionic, etc.) is essential.
Customer-Facing Skills:
Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including Executives, Project Managers, and Developers. This includes both written and verbal communication, presentation skills etc.
Experience working with medium/large customers: Demonstrated ability to onboard and support world-class customers, particularly in the financial sector (banks, credit unions, etc.).
Can-Do Attitude: A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges.
Project Management:
Project Leadership: Experience in leading technical projects, including implementations and integrations, from start to finish.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Misc:
Documentation and Training: Experience in creating technical documentation and conducting workshops or training sessions.
Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Availability to travel internationally: up to 5% (on-demand).
Fluent English - a must; Spanish/French proficiency - significant advantage
