We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Analyst to join our Global Customer Success Group, located in Rehovot, Israel for a temporary duration.
What you will be doing:
In this role you will be part of the customer success group and will be in charge of the following:
Implementing Customer Master Data processes and interfaces at the company ERP system (Oracle) and SFDC (CRM) including Data cleansing and merge processes
Maintain/monitoring Customer Master Data & IB master data- assure data integrity, cleansing, merge process and ongoing monitoring.
Defining and implementing reports - Data business analysis per specific requests
Generate ongoing Periodic operational reports - Identify regional process issues out of the periodic reports and implement corrective actions.
Provide Ongoing Support to the different stakeholders in the company.
Responsible for managing CS projects including processes definitions /workflows till execution.
Requirements: Must have for this role:
Experience in working closely with the regions at a global company
Knowledge in SalesForce (an advantage), Oracle, including integration experience
High analytical capabilities
Fluent English writing & speaking
Ability to initiate and drive operational efficiency and change processes
Experience in creation and implementation of workflows and processes
B.Sc. in industrial & management engineering or Associate degree in Business at least 2 years working experience in global company with one of the leading ERP systems.
