we are looking for a Integration Engineer
What youll be doing


Ensuring that development requirements are well-defined and integrated into the development lifecycle by working with cross-functional R&D teams
Designing, writing, executing, and debugging system/integration validation tests
Writing clean and maintainable automation scripts using Python/Pytest
Preparing relevant documentation and guides

As a senior computer vision engineer, you will be part of an elite group in the field of AI microscopy and hematology. Our computer vision team is responsible for solving the most challenging tasks in microscopy image analysis. You and your colleagues will research and develop new AI models to analyze thousands of cells, build new infrastructure for on-premise inference, and collect vast labeled data to provide a clinical-grade solution that runs in real time.

Your responsibilities will include:

Continually bringing new knowledge, experience, ideas, and best practices to the team
Implementing AI based on classic computer vision and deep learning, writing clear and efficient code in Python for smooth productization
Continually improving the teams internal research methods and tools
Supporting team members with their research
Take part in defining team data needs
Collaborating with physics, software, and data teams

As a software engineer, youll be part of the engineering team responsible for technology hardware, software/hardware interfaces, proofs of concept for future devices, and transfer for production and integration of developed systems.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with electronics and optics equipment, Arduino and Raspberry Pi, digital imaging sensors, and image processing technology.



Your responsibilities will include:

Development of core software modules
Collaboration with multiple R&D teams to define and design new systems technologies
Designing and implementing software from concept requirement to working product
Redesigning existing software for new technologies and to improve performance
