We are looking for an experienced Product Designer (UX/UI) to take a significant role as part of the product group, in bringing the company product vision to life. You will be working closely with the R&D and Product team to define and create transformative solutions that are creative, intuitive, and easy to use. What you will be doing:
* Join a great team and participate in the UX/UI efforts through ideation & conceptualization, detailed design, and execution.
* Define the right UX solutions for the user and introduce creativity while considering UI standards and guidelines.
* Create UI designs based on existing style guides and our product’s design system, and extend and define new style guides.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers.
* Research how leading companies solved challenges that apply to us as well.
* Perform usability discovery sessions for existing design and new design ideas.
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer of complex systems
* Strong product design portfolio
* Experience working on B2B/SaaS products
* Understanding of UI/UX best practices.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
* Proven record of working closely with Product Managers and R&D.
* Strong typography skills and attention to detail.
* Strong verbal & written communication in English via collaboration tools, micro-copy, and documentation.
* Ability to work in a technical environment of cutting-edge technology.
* Bachelor's degree or formal training in visual communication or graphic design.
