-Providing remote Tier 3 support for our embedded information security solutions to ensure exceptional service delivery to our valued customers.
-Identifying and efficiently resolving technical issues with a high level of professionalism, ensuring optimal client satisfaction.
-Collaborating closely with the IT and information security teams of our clients, fostering strong working relationships, and meeting their specific needs.
-Acquiring an in-depth understanding of security solutions from various manufacturers, enabling you to offer specialized expertise and guidance to customers.
-Identifying and efficiently resolving technical issues with a high level of professionalism, ensuring optimal client satisfaction.

Requirements:
-1-2 years of relevant experience in System/IT
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and internal teams.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Prior experience in customer service, demonstrating your ability to provide top-notch support and build positive relationships.
-The ability to perform well under pressure and meet demanding deadlines, ensuring seamless support even during challenging situations.
-English skills both written and verbal.
-Experience working in a large organization - Advantage.
