We are seeking a full-time Legal Project Specialist to join its Global Technology and Privacy team.
This is a non-attorney position, offering an exciting opportunity to work on legal projects related to our technology, privacy, security and AI initiatives. As a Legal Project Specialist, you'll be fully integrated into our global legal team, where youll work alongside our dedicated legal professionals and lawyers.
This position is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in the legal and technology fields in a global SaaS company.
The position is based in Israel (hybrid) and will report to our Legal Project Manager, Technology and Privacy.
Lead the legal project management of our privacy governance solution by ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment across all business functions. Youll become a subject-matter expert and the go-to person for all aspects of privacy automation within.
Utilize your process-oriented mindset to facilitate the automation of critical business processes, including Data Subject Requests, Data Protection Impact Assessments, and Record of Processing Activities. Youll gain hands-on experience in maximizing the effectiveness of the Technology and Privacy Team to drive optimal value.
Apply your pragmatic approach to coordinate enhancements to our existing practices regarding technology procurement, AI risk management and global training and awareness.
Implement a data-driven strategy to analyzing and monitoring program KPIs and metrics across the Technology and Privacy team, facilitating management and board-level reporting. As the primary point of contact for project updates, you'll play a pivotal role in proposing new courses of action and improvements, along with change management.
Requirements: At least two years of relevant experience within project management or operations in a highly regarded business, preferably with experience working in a legal team at a leading advisory or technology company.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Native-level English (written and spoken).
Program operations and proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills, demonstrated ability of operationalizing technology and data.
Pragmatic thinker and self-starter who consistently delivers on commitments exceptional organizational skills, resourceful, attention to detail, creative and process-oriented.
Experience of data protection/ privacy/ GDPR or in a technology company an advantage.
Experience implementing compliance/privacy technology an advantage.
Bachelors degree.
