The ideal candidate will serve as a central global hub, facilitating communication and collaboration between the Partner Development department (comprising 60+ individuals) and various internal stakeholders, including Senior Management, Marketing, Product, R&D, Finance, and others. They will be responsible for consolidating operational and non-partner-facing activities within the Partner Development team, encompassing tasks such as strategy development, SalesForce & CRM utilization, workflow optimization, internal training, progress monitoring and reporting. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with Partner Development managers and other team members across all 19 of our global offices, streamlining data access, establishing efficient workflows and procedures, and developing tools and processes to provide valuable insights and scalable solutions as they engage with partners worldwide on a daily basis.
What youll do:
Facilitate the gathering of requirements, including conducting review sessions, and provide assistance in creating project deliverables as required.
Offer ongoing support and guidance internally to foster improved relationships with partners and clients.
Collaborate with various departments such as Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and Finance, leading cross-department initiatives and projects.
Support and oversee existing business processes, contributing to their enhancement for increased efficiency, scalability, and improved outcomes.
Cultivate a deep understanding of our business flows, team requirements, and company strategic objectives.
Ensure timely delivery of all projects within scope.
Monitor and follow up with stakeholders on specific action items.
Take responsibility for internal departmental education and distribution efforts.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in Project Management or Operations Specialist roles.
Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) is a must.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English.
In-depth comprehension of SaaS business processes, including sales, marketing, and product flows.
Prior experience with SalesForce CRM.
Strong teamwork skills, coupled with motivation, ambition, and a can-do attitude.
Self-motivated learner with a strong aptitude for technology and a desire to enhance technical skills.
Ability to manage multiple and complex topics/projects concurrently.
Proficient management and mastery of all Google Suite services.
