We are on the lookout for an adept and self-driven AI Specialist Conversion rate Marketing Operations Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will spearhead efforts to enhance conversion rate optimization across campaigns, manage our lead routing and attribution tool efficiently, and harness AI to elevate our martech arsenal and conversion rate.
How will you make an impact?
Take charge of optimizing conversion rates across marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights and strategies.
Analyze the lead-to-opportunity conversion rate funnel, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Manage and streamline our lead routing and attribution tool (Leandata), ensuring seamless workflow of leads and contacts.
Harness AI technologies to refine and enhance our martech tools, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
Serve as the focal point for questions regarding our marketing tech stack, ensuring optimal utilization and integration.
Manage and track upcoming renewals and spearhead the renewal process for tools and agencies owned by Marketing Operations.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors/systems, collaborating with legal and security teams for seamless integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Revenue Ops and Biz Ops to ensure alignment of processes and systems.
Lead the rollout of new technologies, conducting user onboarding and training sessions, and providing ongoing support.
Collaborate with the Finance team on budget-related matters, ensuring adherence to budgets and proper utilization of resources.
Support day-to-day marketing operations tasks to ensure smooth functioning of activities.
Requirements: Possess at least 2 years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations roles or related fields, emphasizing global, SaaS-based companies.
Hold a Bachelors degree in communications, business administration, or Industrial engineering a related field.
Must have hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM, Master in Excel and LeanData.
Must have Experience working with AI (Chat GPT, BARD etc)
Demonstrated proficiency in analytics, with the ability to create and enhance marketing programs based on metrics-driven insights.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and strong proofreading abilities.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing content and campaign strategies effectively.
Solid understanding of campaign management processes, attribution, measurement, and marketing funnel management.
