We are now in the process of expanding our product offering and GTM strategy and are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join this effort.
This position is full-time, hybrid, in our offices in Herzliya.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns including strategy, execution, and optimization - including sales outreach campaigns, segmented lead nurturing programs, and newsletters.
Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies while focusing on key accounts and high-value prospects, aligning campaigns with overall business goals.
Test new paid channels, run A/B tests, and optimize campaign activity to maximize ROI and efficiency.
Initiate, manage and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams (product marketing, content, sales, etc.) to generate the most effective funnel across all marketing channels (ads, content, email, etc.).
Produce webinars that align with the companys product strategy.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Own the companys website and collaborate with team members and consultants to ensure an optimal user journey, content currency and design.
Work with the companys sales team, industry partners and customers and drive joint-marketing activities.
Produce onsite events as needed.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in B2B paid marketing with at least 2 years of experience focused on account-based marketing (ABM) including building strategy, managing media, sales/marketing alignment, and working with ABM relevant software & analytics.
Expertise in digital marketing areas: email, social media, paid digital, defining user journeys, conversion funnels and campaign optimization
Experience working with Salesforce, Hubspot, and ABM technologies.
Experience running marketing programs globally and working with different markets.
Proactive self-starter with high autonomy and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Data-driven and comfortable using the analytics tools to track the performance of marketing initiatives.
Native English speaker with strong writing skills
