A leading international industrial company, is looking for an experienced and talented lawyer to join the legal department
Responsibilities:
??Provide strategic legal advice to the HR team on employment issues and best practices, including policies, recruiting, compensation, benefits, and terminations
??Draft and maintain employment-related documents in Israel and abroad, including separation agreements, non-competition, confidentiality, consulting agreements, manpower, and service providers according to provisions of Enhanced Enforcement of the Labor Law
??Handle employment disputes, litigation pre-litigation matters
??Contribute to creating employment law-related training programs
??Assist in global litigation matters and coordination with external counsel
Requirements: Qualifications:
??License to practice law in Israel
??5 years of experience managing employment law matters, including litigation, at a large law firm, boutique employment law firm, or global corporation (both law firm and in-house experience are advantageous)
??Strong legal writing and verbal skills in both English and Hebrew
??Excellent communication and legal drafting skills
