o Responsibility for ensuring the quality of the design, production, product and processes in the organization.
o Responsibility for the implementation and application of all quality procedures of the company at its various sites in the world.
Areas of Responsibility:
o Application of methodologies and tools for Quality Assurance includes the implementation of quality procedures and the management of quality process control in all divisions of the company.
o Total responsibility for the quality interface with clients (Aftermarket, Tier 1, OEM) and with subsidiaries.
o Responsibility for the management and maintenance of the quality system in accordance with international standards and the standards
Requirements: Proven experience of at least 7 years in managing a quality formation in a global industrial company, with priority for a company from the automotive field.
Good technical understanding ability and perception of the importance of deepening technical knowledge and processes.
Experience in managing global teams.
Education: Quality Engineering or Industry and Management with a degree in Quality Assurance. Mechanical Engineering- Advantage.
Knowledge of the IATF Standard is an advantage.
Control of the ERP software - Priority- Advantage.
Understanding the meaning of SPC.
Full English Proficiency - Reading/speaking/writing. Required
Process understanding: Experience in analyzing processes and leading change and improvement processes.
Good business understanding.
