A fast-growing textile company, in the process of advancing from the development stage to manufacture, is looking for a leader in production, planning and execution to build and implement work processes.
If you are an organized individual with a holistic view, experience in Priority software with a strong emphasis on products and inventory, and a team player, this might be the job for you.
Responsibilities include:
Efficient and high-quality planning of all stages of production, from raw materials to finished goods, meeting supply chain deadlines of all departments and multi-national production stations.
Overseeing sales team orders- from customer placement through approval for production.
Maintaining delivery schedules, including follow-up on orders with a delayed delivery date, identifying any existing or expected delays, raising flags, providing solutions, and learning and refining the delivery process.
Maintaining inventory and stock on hand to ensure sufficient materials for upcoming orders.
Managing procurement and production teams to identify problems and provide solutions.
Preparing weekly financial production reports including value of order backlog, number of new orders, sales, etc.
