As a Senior Software Engineer at the Ecosystem team, your role is pivotal in developing a new generation of the backup products.
Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver innovative solutions to our global customer base.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement software architecture for new and existing products
Work with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications

The Task-at-Hand:
Become an expert in Dynamic Yield products - with a heavy focus on the technical aspect of the product
Interface with customers in final stages of contracting with sales to gather, collect, and document technical, product, and contract requirements regarding the customers purchase(s) of Dynamic Yield products
Provide world-class support by taking ownership for customer issues from initial contact to resolution including troubleshooting the issue, determining root cause and ensuring that the customer understands the resolution
Partner with the Engineering and Development teams to resolve customer issues
Write documentation, knowledge-based articles, and tutorials to improve the customer experience of Dynamic Yield features
Participate in the QA process of current and new products/services and work frequently with product and engineering teams to address opportunities and product enhancements
Contribute to the development of our implementation and support policies and procedures.

We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer with at least 5 years experience in the field to execute complete embedded software development lifecycles.
The engineer will be part of the R&D team and will work in an exciting innovative environment developing embedded software for embedded devices and systems that are under space, performance and reliability constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement software for embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment.
Design, develop, code, test and debug system software in C.
Implement standard and proprietary communication protocols (MQTT, LWM2M, etc.).
Support software QA prior to shipping.
Create product documentation
Design and perform follow-up and improvement processes.
