As a Publisher Operations Manager, you will work as a part of the Publisher Operations team, providing services and support for the client teams and management. You will manage and oversee the cross-departmental collaboration between the Publisher Operations, Product, and R&D teams regarding product updates, requests, and implementations, and work directly with the publishers themselves.
You will be responsible for leading external processes, including troubleshooting and any technical challenges that arise for publisher clients or client managers.
You will teach the Publisher Operations teams about new updates and developments in the industry, and within us, such as any customizations or updates in our products and services, enriching client managers with information.

Main responsibilities:
Develop full expertise over the companys various products in order to support and guide the client managers and publishers with all aspects of product implementation, usage, and monitoring.
Understand and identify the needs and special requests of the publishers.
Support operative efforts, including any and all client-side troubleshooting
Be the ad tech industry expert by consistently researching trends and news, performing competitive analyses, and sharing your knowledge with relevant stakeholders.
Oversee all product and technical updates and their effects on monetization, analyzing and tracking changes alongside client managers.
Be the knowledge hub for both us and industry-related matters, while leading meetings to educate teams on relevant topics.
Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in the ad tech industry.
Deep understanding of the ad tech industry, with an emphasis on video.
Experience working with publishers or in a client-facing role.
Fluency in writing, reading, speaking, and presenting in English.
Multi-disciplinary, who is a people person and is confident liaising between teams.
Basic understanding of essential web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, and CSS).
Highly analytical, data-driven decision-maker.
