Requirements: What You Need to Succeed:
At least 2 years in team leadership or renewals, with experience in transitions being a plus.
A minimum of 5 years in facilities administration or a similar role.
Strong project and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities across various sites.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with the ability to work on complex spreadsheets.
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
A results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality administrative support and maintaining accuracy in data management.
