Responsibilities:
Own Content as a Business Growth Driver
Take full ownership of content strategy and data-driven optimization efforts, ensuring a direct impact on performance KPIs across multiple verticals.
Work closely with the PPC, bizDev, product, and operation teams to ensure that content supports business needs and monetization goals.
Proactively identify content opportunities that improve user engagement, drive action, and increase business value.
Lead, Develop, and Elevate a High-Performing Team
Manage, coach, and challenge a team of Content Marketing Managers, setting clear expectations for impact, ownership, and accountability.
Foster a high-performance culture where content managers are strategic thinkers, not just content executors. Advocate for contents role in business success, ensuring it is a core part of decision-making in cross-functional initiatives.
Ensure team members have a clear path for growth, equipping them with skills in performance-driven content strategy, AI tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
Innovate and Optimize at Scale
Leverage AI and automation tools to increase efficiency without sacrificing quality.
Drive experimentationtest new content formats, engagement techniques, and UX optimizations to improve CTR, CR, and user trust.
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to ensure our content remains best-in-class.
Requirements: Must-Have
5+ years of experience in content marketing, UX copy, digital marketing, or content management, with a proven track record of driving business impact through content.
2+ years of experience leading and managing content teams, with a focus on mentorship, performance, and growth.
A data-driven leader with expertise in optimization and user behavior, using analytics to boost content performance and revenue.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience driving alignment across teams to maximize impact.
Proven experience in crafting and executing content strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
A natural storyteller, able to craft compelling narratives that engage users, build trust, and drive action.
Hands-on experience with GenAI tools, leveraging AI to enhance content strategy, efficiency, and performance.
Nice-to-Have
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and workflow management tools.
Familiarity with the US market.
