A global bioagriculture company, leverages the natural power of mycorrhizal fungi to improve the productivity, sustainability and profitability of commercial agriculture and expand regenerative agriculture practices. The first to use innovative techniques to solve challenges inherent in high-volume mycorrhizal inoculant production. We will not rest until every hectare of arable land is protected by mycorrhizae and every farmer benefits from higher crop yields while preserving our soils and permanently sequestering carbon.
Responsibilities:
Direct responsibility for managing all the companys products, develop an in-depth familiarity with the products, and work to promote and improve the products across the relevant segments of the organization
Define customer and market needs, integrate those needs into the marketing plan, and promote the products with customers and salespeople.
Work with the development department to define a roadmap for products
Interface and cooperate with diverse company teams R&D, agronomy, marketing, sales, and operations
Track and analyze the sales performance of the products, recommend appropriate actions to improve the customer experience.
Handle regulatory aspects of the products in various countries and write required technical documents (SDS, COA, etc.).
Manage the process of product design, labels, and final packaging.
Participate in decisions making on positioning, pricing, marketing materials, etc.
Prepare work plans, sales projections, annual expense budget, and track execution.
Responsible for field trials around the world, data collection and organization.
Requirements: At least 2-3 years of experience in product management B2C/B2B- mandatory
Knowledge of agronomy/biology/chemistry significant advantage
Experience in the field of licensing and regulation significant advantage
Additional education/experience in the field of business development / marketing advantage
Experience working with international companies mandatory
Strong communication skills, ability to lead cross-company processes, and matrix management.
Dynamic, goal oriented, problem solver, and the ability to delve into the details.
Business and economics minded
English at a native speaking level, including writing composition.
