We are the global market leader in the field of wireless communication systems for motorcycle, outdoor, and ORV helmets, is looking for a Social Media Video Editor & Blender Specialist to join the Marketing team. Full-time position in a hybrid model (from the companys offices at Raanana/from home), reporting to the Creative Director. We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Social Media Video Editor to join our fast-paced content team. The ideal candidate specializes in crafting high-impact, short-form video content specifically for social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, facebook ). A critical requirement for this role is advanced proficiency with Blender, specifically for creating and integrating 3D elements, motion graphics, and visual effects into our social content. This role requires a strong understanding of current social media trends and the ability to turn raw footage into engaging shareable stories that drive brand awareness and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Social-First Editing: Edit and optimize short-form video content from raw footage for all major social media platforms, ensuring adherence to platform-specific aspect ratios, duration limits, and best practices. 3D Content Creation (Blender): Utilize Blender to design, model, texture, and animate custom 3D assets, motion graphics, visual effects, and scene elements to be integrated into video projects. Visual Storytelling: Apply expert knowledge of pacing, rhythm, visual composition, and sound design to create compelling narratives, even within short timeframes. Motion Graphics & VFX: Create dynamic titles, text overlays, lower-thirds, and visual effects using industry-standard tools (including Blender) to enhance video engagement. Brand Consistency: Ensure all video output aligns with the brand's style guide, tone of voice, and visual identity across all platforms. Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest social media video trends, memes, music, and platform algorithm changes, proactively suggesting and implementing new content strategies. Post-Production Workflow: Manage and organize video files, project archives, and 3D assets efficiently. Perform color correction, sound mixing, and final file export. Collaboration: Work closely with the ( Social media Manager, Content Creators, Marketing Team and PPC team) to conceptualize video ideas, incorporate feedback, meet project deadlines, and create variations for the same content pieces. Repurposing Content: Strategically edit and repurpose long-form content (e.g., webinars, interviews, YouTube videos) into multiple "snackable" clips for social distribution.
Requirements: Experience:
[2+] years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a specialization in social media video content. Blender Expertise (Mandatory): Advanced proficiency in Blender for 3D modeling, rendering, motion graphics, and visual effects integration. Ability to rapidly produce high-quality 3D assets.
Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of industry-standard editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects Social Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of what makes video content perform well on platforms like TikTok, instagram (Reels), and YouTube (Shorts), including organic and paid content formats. Technical Skills: Strong skills in color grading, audio mixing, file compression, and exporting for optimal web and mobile performance.
