We are looking for a L&D OD Partner (Maternity Leave Replacement).
What Will You Do?
Lead the design and implementation of learning and training programs aligned with business strategy and departmental needs
Drive annual OD processes such as performance evaluations, talent development, organizational surveys, and skills-building programs
Manage the annual global and personal learning & development budget
Evaluate training effectiveness and propose continuous improvements and optimization solutions
Collaborate with global and local stakeholders, including external vendors
Lead internal communication related to learning and organizational development initiatives
Support the VP HR with company-wide events, HR processes, and cross-organizational projects.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational learning and development.
Proven experience in designing learning programs, managing budgets, and leading annual HR processes.
Experience in a global high-tech environment- a strong advantage
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Deep familiarity with learning theories, methodologies, technologies, and current trends in organizational development and learning - an advantage.
Experience with AI-based learning tools, LMS platforms, and digital systems for project management and collaboration (e.g., Monday.com).
Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
Willingness to join a temporary position (approximately 9-month maternity leave replacement).
