Job Description:
Participate in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements and work closely with the Finance team on the SEC filings - PR/ 20F/ 6K and presentations to the Company's management
Take part in the monthly/quarterly/annual global closing activities, such as period analysis, reviewing accounts and preparing adjusting entries for the period
Responsible for various accounting related calculations, measurements with accordance to US GAAP
Work with the Company's external auditors and consultants during financial, operational and SOX audits, to ensure accounting policies are adhered
Collaborate with the global finance team and cross-functionally with the FP&A/Legal/MIS teams
Ongoing maintenance and documentation for various SOX controls
Participate in the preparation of annual tax reports for the Israeli entities, as well as ongoing tax related matters
Participate in other finance ad-hoc projects such us the support of automation for financial processes and implementations of accounting tools

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented accounting professional to join our growing Finance team as an Assistant Financial Controller / Senior Accountant. In this role, you will support core accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the monthly and quarterly close processes by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Help maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
Support the preparation of financial statements and internal management reports.
Assist in the implementation and documentation of accounting policies and procedures.
Collaborate with financial controllers and cross-functional teams (e.g., legal, HR, R&D, operations) to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial data.
Support the external audit process, including pulling data, preparing workpapers, and responding to auditor requests.
Help identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives.
Perform ad hoc analysis and support special projects as needed.

we are looking for an Assistant Controller. The assistant controller. will be part of the finance team reporting to the Director of Finance, responsible for managing the Israeli financial statements and monthly reporting and help reviewing financial statements and reporting of additional regions and consolidation. As an Assistant Controller, you will be:

Month-End Close:

Reviewing the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting including revenue, commission, accruals etc.
Keeping organized and detailed working papers and supporting documentation for the all the GL impacts
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Audited Financial statements:

Ensuring consolidated report is ready for the auditors on time (audited report is signed 3 months after year end)
Preparing Israeli statutory financial statement and tax report and working with the auditors to submit the report to the Israeli tax authorities
Working with UK auditors to prepare and report UK local tax report
Procurement process:

Reviewing the procurement process in our system (PayEm) to ensure POs are recorded and approved correctly and Bills are being matched correctly to the PO
