XM Cyber is looking for a QA Automation Team Lead to join our team at this exciting stage of our company’s growth. Responsibilities:
* Lead an automation team (3-5 engineers), and provide automation services which are effective, seamless and easy to use.
* Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
* Actively engage in daily tasks, develop, refine, remove blocks and reduce technical debts.
* Have a deep understanding of group tools and technologies.
* Set a high standard for code-review, design-review, quality and performance.
* Own, design, analyze and improve our tests, tools and services.
* API test automation
* E2E flows automation
* Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, and provide great results under a tight schedule
* Reporting to Head of QA
Requirements: * 5+ years of experience as a Software\Automation Developer, with Experience in software programing (JavaScript/TypeScript )
* 2+ years of experience as an Automation Team Lead
* Experience in automation and manual testing
* Deep understanding in automation infrastructure
* Proven experience with PlayWrite
* Deep understanding of QA processes and methodologies
* Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.
* Knowledge of various testing tools
* Experience with Microservices and AWS architecture - Advantage
* IT background - big advantage
* Experience in testing cyber security products - advantage
* Degree in Computer Science or equivalent - Advantage
