Required Office Manager.
Responsibilities:
Co-staffing the office reception (front desk).
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Manage agendas /travel arrangements /appointments /correspondence etc. for the upper management.
Oversee office operations including supplies, equipment, and deliveries.
Vendor management and negotiation: working with external vendors, service providers, as well as managing onsite cleaning staff.
Provide general support to visitors/ clients.
Manage planning and logistics associated with meetings and conference rooms.
Provide office services and general support to the employees.
Responsible for maintenance and presentation of the office environment.
Participate actively in the execution of company events such as holidays, trips, birthdays, happy hours and meet-ups.
Greet, assist and give instructions to candidates and new employees.
Build and maintain databases and create files related to general and administrative expenses of the office.
Partner with HR to support when necessary.
Execute administrative projects when required and implement efficient processes and standards.
Requirements:
3+ years proven work experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Officer, or similar role, preferably in a fast-growing start-up company.
Vast knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Ability to work independently and handle frequently changing needs.
High level of accuracy and attention to details.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work in a calm and organized manner.
Service-oriented, positive, proactive, and problem-solving skills.
A great team player.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
