The ideal candidate is a curious, detail-oriented self-starter who is comfortable working with data, eager to learn, and able to communicate clearly. No prior professional experience is required - we will teach you the tools and processes.

Key job responsibilities
Support daily production planning activities and help maintain production plans across multiple product lines.
Collect, consolidate, and organize supply chain data from multiple sources (ERP systems, suppliers, manufacturing partners).
Build and maintain Excel-based reports, charts, and dashboards (WIP, inventory, shortage, and excess lists).
Track material status across wafer foundries, assembly/test houses, and contract manufacturers, and flag issues to the planning team.
Assist with NPI planning tasks - help track qualification timelines, pilot builds, and BOM material availability.
Help prepare status summaries and follow up on open items with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Support release and procurement tracking of BOM components.
Take on ad-hoc analysis and process-improvement tasks that reduce manual effort for the team.
