We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and compassionate Sales & Service Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting sales calls with potential patients, scheduling and providing technical support for our unique inhaler, and building sustainable relationships and trust with patients.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales calls to potential patients (hot/cold leads)
Customer retention - conducting follow-up calls and assisting with orders
Providing response and assistance to new and existing patients - supporting them in the onboarding process to treatment and/or during the treatment
Scheduling trainings for patients
Providing technical support T1-T2
Data management in CRM systems
Meeting daily/weekly goals
Working with parties in and outside the organization
Requirements: 1+ years of experience in a sales or phone call service - Advantage
Excellent verbal skills, persuasiveness, and interpersonal skills
Excellent listening capability and sensitivity
Working well under pressure, multitasking, and efficient time management
Good organization and order skills
High-level empathy, emotional containment, and patience - since working with patients
Independent worker as well as a team player
Good technical skills
Proficiency in Salesforce software - A significant advantage
Familiarity with computer software such as Microsoft Office and CRM
Fluency in English - Advantage
