As a Product Manager , you will be at the forefront of blending healthcare innovation with technology, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease. Your role is central to guiding the product development journey, from conceptualization through to execution. You will be tasked with understanding market needs, prioritizing the product backlog, and working closely with agile development teams to ensure our solutions meet and exceed customer expectations. Job Responsibilities:
Assume Product Owner responsibilities within Agile teams, guiding user stories, backlog management, and sprint planning to drive product development.
Work closely with R&D, software, hardware, and systems teams to tackle integration challenges, focusing on a seamless user experience and product reliability.
Manage the planning, execution, and documentation of software releases, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee software defect resolution and enhancement processes, prioritizing based on user experience insights.
Conduct the collection and analysis of market and customer insights from global customers and physicians to inform product features, enhancements, and prioritization, including:
Engage with and understand customers through surveys, interviews, industry conferences, feedback sessions, and market research.
Analyze usage data and service reports from deployed systems to gain insights into customer needs and product performance.
Collaborate across development and commercial teams, including software, biomedical, systems, downstream marketing, regulatory, medical affairs, clinical affairs, and others to gather insights and ensure a unified product strategy and execution.
Contribute analysis and insights to help define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with evolving market needs and industry trends.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
2-5 years of experience in product management or a similar role, preferably in the medical device, high-tech, or software industries.
Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies with experience acting as a Product Owner.
Comfortable with international projects and collaboration with global teams. Will be partner regularly with teams and colleagues globally and especially in the United States.
Proficient understanding of UX/UI design principles and their application.
Effective at working across diverse teams and influencing without direct authority.
