* Lead a dynamic Agile Scrum team of 2–3 developers and 1–2 QA engineers.
* Drive end-to-end execution of complex R&D projects—from design, development and testing to deployment.
* Promote engineering best practices, including clean code principles and test-driven development.
* Mentor and support the professional growth of your team members - guiding developers through technical challenges, career development, and skill-building opportunities
* Develop versatile and high-performance features for LiveU’s video-over-IP platform.
* Collaborate with other Scrum teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative product capabilities.
Requirements: Education:
* B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized university OR practical experience from an elite IDF technology unit.
Professional Experience:
* At least 5 years of development experience + 2 or more years as a team lead.
* Solid background in object-oriented programming (OOP).
* Experience with multi-threaded and distributed applications.
* Proficiency in Linux/UNIX environments.
Technical Skills:
* Strong development background in C++ and/or C.
* Familiarity with Python – an advantage.
* Experience in video streaming or real-time media systems – an advantage.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; Scrum Master experience is a plus.
