* Lead a dynamic Agile Scrum team of 2–3 developers and 1–2 QA engineers.
* Drive end-to-end execution of complex R&D projects—from design, development and testing to deployment.
* Promote engineering best practices, including clean code principles and test-driven development.
* Mentor and support the professional growth of your team members - guiding developers through technical challenges, career development, and skill-building opportunities
* Develop versatile and high-performance features for LiveU’s video-over-IP platform.
* Collaborate with other Scrum teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative product capabilities.

What Youll Be Doing:
Manage and coordinate complex calendars for leadership members, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and events.
Plan and arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and local transportation.
Process and track expense reports, ensuring timely reimbursement and adherence to company policies.
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing prompt and professional assistance.
Facilitate communication within the team and across departments to ensure information flow and project alignment.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
