Purpose - Support Global Head of Strategy and Planning, Global Internal Audit (GIA) in developing, implementing and monitoring GIA's strategy, audit methodologies and working processes, AOP, budget, and the communication with senior management and the Audit Committee.
Teva's Global Internal Audit (GIA) is looking for a Sr. Manager for the Global Strategy & Planning team.
The role includes:
Support the development and implementation of GIA's strategy.
Support the communication of GIA's work and activities to major stakeholders including Executive Members and the Audit Committee.
Support the development and implementation of GIA's work processes and methodologies.
Support and lead GIA's training program.
Track and monitor GIA's AOP, budget, and KPIs.
Support GIA's risk and fraud risk assessment processes.
Support and lead other key projects and initiatives, as needed.
Requirements:
B.A in accounting/ economics/ business management-must.
MA in business management, internal audit an advantage.
4-5 years' experience in risk management/ internal audit/internal controls.
6-7 years' experience working in a large international manufacturing company from the pharma/ food sectors preferred.
Experience from Big-4 firms- preferred.
Knowledge of key business functions with emphasis on Corporate. Governance, Reporting, Project Management, and Data Analysis.
Ability to promptly and accurately gather and analyze data.
Ability to prepare professional and complex presentations.
Excellent computer skills (MS office tools).
Fluent written and spoken English and Hebrew (English - preference to mother tongue level).
