In this role, youll be a part of a small and strong bookkeeping team. Youll be responsible for the IL and US bookkeeping and other aspects such as payments, tax, travel reports, and more. We are looking for someone who is very detail-oriented, a real team player, and capable of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
The position is in Ramat Gan and reports to the Financial Controller.

The opportunity
Manage payments to suppliers, both domestic and international, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain accurate financial records, including the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. (Israel and US)
Manage the monthly submissions to tax authorities, handling VAT, Income tax, and National insurance.
Travel reports and employee reimbursements management.
Oversee daily bank account operations, including transaction entry and reconciliation.
Manage month/period-end processes such as accruals, prepaid expenses, credit cards, etc.
Participate in ad-hoc finance projects as needed.
Requirements: Certified Bookkeeper type 2 (type 3 an advantage).
Minimum 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper, with at least 3 years in a global Hi-Tech Company.
Prior experience with Priority is a must.
Experience with Mesh and DOKKA an advantage
Proficient in both verbal and written English.
Experience working with international companies having multiple entities.
High proficiency in Excel.
Understanding of Israeli Tax Law and VAT reporting guidelines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
Experience in a multi-currency environment.
Highly organized and efficient.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
