Riverside empowers creators and businesses to create high-quality audio and video content. Since launching, we have experienced rapid growth and are trusted by individual creators and companies such as Spotify, NY Times, NBC, CNN, and iHeartMedia. We are looking for a director of growth marketing with a strong business understanding and a proven track record of scaling paid and non-paid channels. You’ll be responsible for user and revenue growth via our self-serve (product-led growth) and sales-assisted motion, and report directly to the VP of marketing.
What you’ll do:
* Translate Riverside's company objectives into a comprehensive growth strategy across customer acquisition, retention, and monetization.
* Drive self-serve revenue and pipeline creation through inbound marketing activities, leveraging a diverse set of channels and tactics, expert in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement.
* Own the day-to-day execution for various growth marketing channels, including creative, budget, targeting, testing, and reporting.
* Collaborate with our product marketing and creative teams to inform the targeting and messaging of new campaigns.
* Own the data reporting for key demand metrics across funnels and growth loops, and extract insights to make data-informed decisions to (i) optimize ongoing initiatives and (ii) identify and formulate new experiments to run.
* Launch segmented marketing campaigns to effectively reach prospects and customers.
* Identify revenue opportunities and act on them (i.e., new use cases, restructured partnerships, new features, or reimagined audience segments).

Who you are:
* 5+ years of growth marketing experience, with B2C2B and B2B SaaS experience
* You have owned and scaled revenue as the primary KPI
* Experience driving revenue through paid and non-paid marketing channels
* Analytical and creative problem-solver with the ability to deeply understand the customer context and translate this into clear, concise, and creative output
* You have a history of optimizing conversion rates throughout the entire customer journey from acquisition to activation to revenue to retention
* Ability to ideate and execute independently
* Strong communicator (verbal and written) with a solid understanding of creative, content, and community
* You are a demanding leader who understands hyper-growth and is not afraid to set aggressive goals

Key Responsibilities
Own the webinar program at Check Point from ideation, to execution, to driving sales opportunities for our sales team across the portfolio.
Lead the webinar concept ideation cycle.
Coordinate all aspects of webinar production, including scheduling, logistics, and technical setup, to ensure smooth execution of each event.
Develop strategies to engage and interact with webinar attendees before, during, and after the event to maximize participation and retention.
Manage the budget allocated for webinar programs, including expenses for technology, marketing, and speaker fees, to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.
Work across teams (e.g. product marketing, sales, customer success) to ensure content is timely, accurate, engaging, and relevant for the target audience.
Test/pilot promising concepts to create a constant flow of proven concepts.
Produce winning concepts at scale, globally, to maximize the number of prospective hand raisers ready to talk to sales
Recruit experts to participate.
Host and facilitate webinars, engaging participants.

Requirements:
2-4 years of B2B Marketing within the cyber security industry, or similar market category.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in webinar production or digital event management, preferably in a marketing context; have a strong understanding of webinar platforms and technologies to troubleshoot issues and optimize the user experience. Proficiency in various platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar, WebEx) and marketing tools (e.g., CRM software, email marketing platforms).
Bachelor's degree in any field; emphasis on academic excellence and a track record of high achievement preferred.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights.
