An AWS Technical Account Manager is a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for our Enterprise Support customers. As a trusted advisor youll have a direct impact in helping our customers gain the most value from cloud technology. Youll craft and execute strategies to drive our customers adoption and use of AWS services. You will provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices, and proactively keep your customers AWS environments operationally healthy. The close relationships developed with your customers will allow you to understand their business/operational needs and technical challenges, and help them achieve the greatest value from AWS.

The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Responsible for managing QA personnel and quality assurance activities of products.
Hands-on at least 50% of the time
Review and evaluate testing tools and services for applicability to in-house needs
Devise improvements to current QA processes and procedures and implement ongoing improvements to support release quality, reliability and schedule objectives.

Oversee the definition and execution of end-to-end testing and requirements strategies.

Essential Functions:

Development of Embedded Linux kernel drivers and Android internals
Integration of kernel and android layers.
Review and good understanding of HW design with emphasis on possible software implications.

Embedded QA Engineers primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

55% Design, Develop, Test, Document and Maintain Test setups, Test scripts and Software Applications to Troubleshoot, Diagnose or Qualify software and hardware components of the tablets.
40% Maintain expert level of product knowledge and applications to provide product support and training to customers and partners.
