An innovative and dynamic US-based company leading the virtual events industry, with a development center in Israel, is seeking an Assistant to the CTO.
This is a %75-time position, based in the company's offices in Netanya.

Beyond simple event planning software, a platform designed to create and deliver full, dynamic experiences.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily tasks, monitor tasks, and project execution.
Prepare materials for meetings and write documents.
Support the creation of investor updates, pitch decks, speeches, conference submissions, and presentations on behalf of the CTO.
Summarize meetings and record minutes.
Manage and coordinate CTOs planning, agenda/time management, and administration.
Provide administrative assistance and organize social and welfare events.
Requirements: Experience working in a tech company environment a must.
Fluent English a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in preparing presentations and documents in English.
Technological experience/background a significant advantage.
Experience working with Jira and in an Agile environment a significant advantage.
Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
