Job description A joint responsibility for Customer Experience and Customer Success as part of the marketing department supporting B2B - enterprise sales.? Increasing customer value with a better service experience, improved understanding of customer status and relevant communication. ?
* Develop and lead the customer experience domain, improve and track customer journeys and internal processes impacting CX ?
* Develop and follow customer analytics reports and BI, establishing a base for customer success activity and effective customer communications, in cooperation with the sales team?
Requirements: * 5+ years experience with companies selling to the enterprise market internationally ?
* Experience in customer success ?
* Experience in process analysis improvements as consultant or internal company function?
* Education in Industrial Engineering and Management / Business?
* Great analytical skills, reading and designing reports ?
* Excellent written and communications skills, proficient in English?
* Customer facing capabilities ?
* Team player able to take ownership and advance projects in cooperation with operations and sales teams ?
* A people friendly person with great organizational and leadership skills?
