What will you do as part of the Talent Acquisition Global team?
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing pre- screens and maintaining an applicants connection.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
Maintain daily interaction with candidates for all positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Screen, sort, and source CVs of passive candidates through all social platforms.
Conduct phone interviews with candidates and deliver a summary.
Post job descriptions on career Web sites, social platforms, and university boards.
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team on various projects.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Source top-talent creatively through multiple channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
Promote employer branding and referral campaign.
Initiate activities that increase our brand awareness and reflect our unique employer value proposition.
Grow the companys online presence and messaging on various recruitment and marketing channels.
Create innovative ways to attract prospective employees to the companys website and distinguishing new recruitment opportunities, events, referral programs etc.
Requirements: Experience in recruiting in start up /hi-tech companies- A big advantage.
At least one year remaining with studies- Must.
Behavioral Science student or equivalent, available for at least 4 working days a week.
Experience as a Recruitment Coordinator/Administrator for technical positions an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
In-depth knowledge with Social Media tools and industry trends- a big advantage.
Knowledge in branding, creative planning, and digital storytelling (podcasts and blogs for example).
Social media savvy; experience with running successful digital campaigns- an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure.
Independent with Out-of-the-box thinking.
Team player and 'Can Do' approach.
