Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated HR manager to join our human resources team. The HR Manager will be responsible for employee experience and support various HR cross organization topics, including operations, recruitment, employee relations, job architecture, Compensation & Benefits, and employer branding. The HR Manager will focus on enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a thorough understanding of HR practices, strong organizational skills, and a passion for supporting employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Support, help in coordinating and execute the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
-Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, one one-on-one talks and general employee issues.
-Responsible for creating a positive and engaging work environment for employees
-Plan and execute employee experience events
-Accountable for knowing, planning, and celebrating life cycle events, departmental activities, Happy Hours, volunteering programs, holiday toasts and giveaways.
-Interact with focal points globally to execute events in our global sites and work at home employees all over the world
-Create, manage, and implement annual budgets
-Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in employee engagement and satisfaction.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and facilitate experiences that support employee development and well-being.
-Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Manage and enhance the companys presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) by sharing HR-related content, company culture initiatives, and employee success stories.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR manager or Business Partner, leading HR projects and initatives
Experience in a global high-tech company, fluent in English
Strong expertise in guiding and consulting management on organizational development.
Proficiency in leveraging metrics and analytics to drive decisions.
Comprehensive knowledge of local and global labor laws.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Education:
BSc in Behavioral Science or a related field (MA preferred).
